Idiom: to be ‘scratching the surface’

Meaning: To be just beginning to find out more about a particular subject.  To be only looking at something (initially) in a superficial way.
An example of use: „I think that when you start to learn more about Yoga you will find out how challenging and physically demanding it can be. In the first lesson we will only just scratch the surface of this very complex form of exercise.”
